I’ll admit it; I’ve never been very good at what is thought of as “standard” sitting meditation. As an energy worker, I’m always poking around for what’s happening at an energetic level.
To me energy is information, and so when I experience my energy I get a deeper understanding of the inherent information within that and the insights that come with it.
Over the years I’ve come to teach people how to sit back and let their energetic intelligence

For PC Users - To download the audio file, right click on the link and Save Target As, then chose where you'd like to save the file to and save. It is now on you computer and you can burn it onto a disk or play on your MP3 player. Downloading the files can take a few minutes.
For Mac Users - To download the audio file, click on the audio file link to download it. A list of downloaded items should then be available on your computer. There, it will give you an option to Save As Source. It can take awhile if you have a slow connection speed. So be patient, these are large files.
