I began my life-long passion for this work over 25 years ago. Once I began learning about energy work and self healing, it seemed so natural to me I knew it was my life's work.

As a master energy healer, my work is about helping you heal and transform your physical and energetic well-being. A great deal of my work now is supporting people to release entrenched energy patterns that show up in chronic physical conditions and re-occurring emotional issues. To me, it all boils down to the integration of physical, energetic and emotional healing.

I've studied with a variety of healers, teaching different energetic modalities including: intuitive reading, chakra work, Light Language, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Acupressure, Polarity work and more. These techniques along with the energetic understanding from years of working with clients and my own “downloads” from Guides and Spirit around the changing crystalline structures we hold, gives me a big tool kit for what is now a very focused approach to energy work, tapping into the body's subtle energies as well as multi-dimensional healing.

Coupled with the energy work is my background in emotional work. In 1994 I completed a Masters program at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where I focused on body-oriented therapy and personal/spiritual growth. Vibrational energy healing was an important component of my therapeutic work, as it taught me so much about how information (or energy) could be held in the body and expressed through our unconscious mind.

And, as an Amazon Herb distributor, I have added a powerful support to help people cleanse, nourish and support the physical body as they work with the deeper energetic processes in their healing.

I’ve come to support the whole person in body, mind and spirit through my work. It is through the integration of intuitive work, coaching and educating my clients on how to work with their own energy, that I find I am able to empower people as they create deep healing and transformation.

My phone sessions are described as unique and comprehensive as I direct my healing attention to the physical, mental and spiritual.
