About Stacy Vajta M.A.
I began my life-long passion for this work over 20 years ago. I began learning about energy work and self healing. And I was hooked immediately. I studied for several years with a group of women, learning the art of energy healing, intuitive reading and even massage therapy. And as I began to deepen my understanding of this energetic information I was receiving, I realized early on how this healing work affected my own psycho-spiritual growth; as well as those around me who also explored this path. And so, I continued my studies in the intuitive arts and bodywork, fine-tuning my intuition and energy work skills. As I continued on my path, I entered into a Masters program at the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where I focused on body-oriented therapy and personal/spiritual growth. Vibrational energy healing was an important component of my work, as it taught me so much about how information (or energy) could be held in the body and expressed through our unconscious mind.
Over the years, as my work has developed, I’ve come to support the whole person in body, mind and spirit through this portal of energy work. It is through this modality that I find I am able to speak to my clients and create deep healing and transformation. It is through this work that I find I am able to cut straight through to the core of the issue…where the energy is held. Expanded Pathways was created in 2005 in Oakland, CA, where I now see clients. My sessions are often described as unique and comprehensive, as I direct my healing attention to the physical, mental and spiritual. My work is gentle, yet targets at a deep level where often disruptive or distorted energetic patterns are held which can affect us physically, emotionally or spiritually.
My mission is to support you through your growth and healing process so you can heal at the deepest level and get to the next place you need to be on your path. I have a big toolkit from which I draw from to assist people in getting unstuck, creating change and moving that change out into their daily experience. And so, my work looks different in every session; as it's about using whatever modality I have available to me to assist you in your growth.
I truly believe that we are in a time of great transition and that we each experience this in a way that reflects our own personal evolution. For some, this personal healing begins with the body and releasing the emotional energy; to allow the body to move into balance and ease. For others, this shifting of energies may present itself in life passion and life purpose. We are all being asked to step into the new, and to do so we must find the support to do that.
I am a member of the American CranioSacral Therapy Association, the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners and the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. I am also a teaching assistant with the Upledger Institute, helping teach craniosacral therapy.
