“I have never met a therapist quite like Stacy. Her comprehensive
whole-body approach to healing taps into all levels of well-being. After a session, I leave her healing space refreshed and with a new perspective.

I am comforted by her loving presence and enjoy the insight into my own inner world that each session brings forth. I am especially grateful for feeling more in tune with my experiences and at peace with my
life lessons.”

CranioSacral Therapy and Headaches

Had enough?

If you suffer from headaches or migraines, you know relief can't come fast enough. Medications may help, but they don't get to the underlying issues that may be affecting you and creating the headache in the first place.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) often helps alleviate conditions which are resistant to conventional treatment, including migraine headaches, TMJ, and general anxiety.

CST is highly effective for a wide range of people. It is non-invasive and gentle, making it suitable for adults and the elderly, and people facing health crises. And, it can provide effective, lasting solutions for your problems allowing you to feel better quickly.

CranioSacral Therapy and Headaches: CranioSacral Therapy works with the body’s natural healing mechanisms on a systemic level. Not only does it support the nervous system so you can relax, but it helps to balance the endocrine and limbic systems, which when it comes to headaches can play a role in your pain.

The focus of CranioSacral Therapy when working with headaches is a full-body approach. By blending CST and energy work, the physical body can relax, blood flow can begin to move into balance and the physiological triggers that can bring headaches on can be managed with more ease and awareness.

Even when there are physiological triggers and causes to headaches and migraines, there is an emotional component to them as well. At the very least there is the emotions connected to being in pain and on edge if a migraine or headache will return. With this in mind, part of the work is to integrate the emotional and physical work to create deep healing with lasting effects.
