11:11:11 – how the number 11 is changing you today

Here we are…its 11.11.11.

There’s been a lot of talk and energy around this day. The internet is buzzing with news of 11:11, and people far and wide are talking about this day as a transformative day.

I think this day is a transformative day. We’re actually having a lot of them lately! But today holds an energy – an intention – for change, held by many people all around the globe which makes this day different.

For years we have been hearing about 11:11 – that phenomenon of seeing these numbers pop up around us. Some say it brings a message from the Angels, a way to get our attention. Some hold the number 11 as a highly spiritual number, representing deep insight and connection to our sub-conscious mind.

I think there is more to this day than just the thought or belief behind the number 11, which only adds to the transformative power of this day…

Looking at the Universe through the lens of energy and vibration, it is truly alive. And as I mentioned in my recent post, we’re soaring through different energy fields which affect us, and help us to transcend or ascend into new and higher vibrations.

Those who can open up to this energy and take it in, find themselves actively participating with it in a way that creates deep transformation within. And with each inner change we make, we begin to see the reflection of that all around us.

So on this 11.11.11 are we traveling through an energy that heightens our ability to open up and raise our awareness – our vibration? Yes, absolutely. Anyone who is sensitive to energy and tuned-into their own spiritual process can tell you there is something happening here beyond our own internal processes.

It is this “opening up” or spiritual evolution that is being created before our very eyes which moves us into new awareness and thought.

And today, as we are reminded by the spiritual context of “11″ all around us, we actively move into participation with this wonderful cosmic energy that we cannot help but be connected to…as it is indeed a part of us.

Whatever the reason this number may capture our attention today, 11.11.11 is a vehicle for us to go within and allow inner transformation. Of course energy responds to thought and intention. So, with so many focused on this day as a day for transformation, I believe it can only be so.

Waves of Energy, 11:11 and Another Opportunity for You to Expand!

I saw a wonderful post today from a favorite fellow healer of mine, Reverend Angela Peregoff, talking about how the Universe is alive and how we’re moving through waves of new energies.

It’s true. We really are soaring through different energy fields which affect us, and help us to transcend or ascend into new and higher vibrations.

With each new energetic field we move into as the earth spins into unknown territory, we must integrate new vibrations into our physical and energetic systems in order to be able to work with these new energies and the information they hold.

Right now we are in a period of heightened energetic change. It’s not something that you may see, or even possibly measure. But for those who are sensitive to energy and tuned-into their own healing process, more than likely this energy has your attention.

In Angela’s post she says “ascend or crash and burn.” That’s kind of how it feels!

The energy has been intense; and sometimes with heightened energy, sensitive people get symptoms like headaches, eye and ear pressure, sinus issues, dizziness…all kinds of things. Another symptom or possibly result of this energy is that we are experiencing or revisiting those pesky, deep core patterns that need our attention.

…They’re back!

To me, the energetic tone has an urgency for us to get off our tushies and do what we’ve been saying we’ll do when it comes to that big issue we’ve been working with…and we all have one. Whether it’s our health or how we are thriving or surviving… it’s time to engage in our healing process at a deeper level.

You probably know what your core issue is right now. In fact it may have started rearing it’s head again as of late. Or if you’re unclear as to what the real issue is, you may be feeling a sense of stuckness when it comes to shifting out of the emotions or experiences that you’d rather see behind you. Either way, you have a starting place to work!

My Guides keep showing me that now is the time to dig into these deep patterns. Now is the time to really ask yourself, “Am I willing to let this go?” No longer can we try to sneak by them, or gloss over them. And if you have been working on them, it’s time to meet the energy at it’s core.

If you’re feeling this energy, this tension and/or heightened emotional state, then the trick is to go within.

There’s a window of opportunity here for those of us focused on our spiritual and emotional growth. We either do this inner work or we stay behind when it comes to moving ahead in our spiritual evolution. I know that sounds a bit dire and even dramatic, but there is a sense of urgency. It’s about awareness. Sure we all change, and nobody really gets left behind. But when we consciously change (versus just getting pulled along) we evolve at that deep spiritual level…which is what many of us signed up for!

The good news is it doesn’t take much to move ahead…just your focus and attention. That’s the beauty of this new energy we are working with. Clarity and decision to change goes a long way. But “in-action” will feel like you go nowhere.

It’s a big energy week. Many are focused on 11:11 which to me is a date filled with human intention to create change. Right now there is so much energy on this day to transform that we have a great opportunity to do so.

So, use the energy available to you now. Use the intention held in mass consciousness right now. Look within and see what is staring you in the face. Recognize where you have been and set a clear intention for letting go of the last binding energies to what you are working with. The best way to work with this energy is to do so with conscious choice.

And as always, get help when needed. It can be hard to do our inner work on our own. Find those who can support you in letting go of the energies that no longer serve you and who can help you anchor in the newer vibrations into your energy field and nervous system. November Energy Update: occupy your heart

There’s a feeling of tension all around us these days. That’s not a bad thing by any means, as tension can create the energy for wonderful change.

The trick with this kind of tension is how we deal with it. Does it undo us? Or, can we tolerate it as a creative force?

It’s no big news that change is afoot as we step into November. Our inner transformation has become much more visible.

I write about energy, and the energy is transforming right before our eyes as we create some kind of alchemical process with unity, respect, and compassion as it’s base.

I love this picture. To me it quite beautifully sums up what the energy is asking of us.

What’s happening around us won’t fully tell it’s story for a while now. But, what we can understand, here and now, is what it feels like when we fully occupy our hearts and engage authentically.

And that is the energy I am seeing all around us.

So how do we move into and occupy our hearts? I think the key is to surrender.

The energy is ripe for this kind of surrendering right now. In fact, to move forward it seems to be required!

“Less doing, more being” is a mantra many are holding in their hearts these days. And when the going gets tough, we get the reminder to surrender.

To fully surrender into our own energy and awareness, we must let go and embrace what is at our core. Surrendering energetically is a “softening to” things. This (non) action allows us to slow down and see beyond our own perceptions to then really hear, speak and express our deepest needs and Truths.

As I look at the energy we are working with now — and all this change and need to create something more universal as a way of being — I begin to think of Inanna; which I often do this time of year. (We here in the Northern hemisphere begin our decent into the Underworld and our darkness.) This takes a level of surrender in an of itself…to descend into the unknown. And as Inanna did, we must be willing to remove layer upon layer of our egos and self-serving stories until we are naked and raw.

This kind of transformation you can’t do by means of control…in fact that just stops us in our tracks. One has to surrender to this. And with each layer or release we become more authentic and, I believe, heart-full. And this is where we are now in our transformation…individually and collectively.

Look around and see if you can see the shift into a deeper authenticity. Stand in your own authenticity and look for it in others. Occupy your heart…that is what the energy is asking of each of us right now. Then, let your inner expression of this be reflected in the world you create all around you.
