January was an interesting month, energetically. It seemed to start out slow. Really slow.
A lot of people were “champing at the bit” so to speak, rearing to go. Yet, the energy held us back. That may have felt like you hit a wall…it did for me anyway. But once surrender moved in, it became clear that something was definitely brewing!
And that was how the rest of January felt to me… like my energy was transforming once again — deep within — and that patience was needed to move into right timing. It became clear that I was not alone here, as just about everyone I was seeing in my healing practice was slowing down and somehow re-learning to work with their energy and get in sync. And on the Expansion Call healings we did in January, we spent a lot of time on the topic of energetically getting into right timing, which had a bit of a “nesting” feel to it.
As we step into February I’m starting to feel some movement around this, and our personal energy. That’s the energy that runs deep within and holds a lot of what looks like coding or sacred geometry right now… the owner’s manual in a way!
And, what has been somewhat sleepy is starting to awaken and rise up. The feeling of this energy has a Kundalini feel to it to me, but it’s different… more cosmic in my mind. It has a lot of light in it. What was a somewhat intense December and January for many has been creating deep change… down to the cellular level.
Out of that change — or incubation time if you will — we now have a new energy to work with. I’m seeing this flow in people with an intensity that is cleaner, clearer and full of vibrancy.
This energy running deep within does feel new to me; it’s going to take some getting used to. So beware of the temptation to jump in with both feet, start running with it and not look back.
What it needs is time to work with it and create a relationship. That means exploring for yourself the energetic information that is has for you and how you must begin to learn from and work with it.
You see there is an intelligence in this energy, not to be missed!
The way to get in touch with this is to use this energy, but with full awareness and consciousness. Tune-in to it daily in your healing time. But I think it is critical to have some way to tune-in to your energy right now; as it is potent and full of new energetic information that will carry you forward.
As you sit with this energy look at it with a fresh perspective. It may not look like what you are used to. We’ve had many cosmic promptings for changing our energy as of late. Solar flares have been changing the electromagnetic energy of the earth.
There have been times lately where grounding may have felt a bit odd as the energy you are grounding into has been shifting and re-configuring.
That energy has also been moving into us, reconfiguring our physical bodies. You may not have noticed that, but it’s been happening. And it is this energy that is now moving in and moving up the spine… meeting the chakras as well as the energy coming from above. It has a healing affect for sure, and we need to learn to recognize it and work with it.
I think it also will assist us in more easily integrating the cosmic promptings as long as we stay with it. Our awareness to that energy, and when it feels out of balance, can be quickly put back to right only if we are paying attention and have a good feel for it.
So this is the message that I am getting clearly right now: Get in touch with the earth energy that you are connecting into. Make sure it is “up-to date” with the shifting and healing Gaia has been managing. Be aware of this as it moves into your body and the new vibrational information for you. Notice it, create a relationship with it and act on it when it feels right to take you somewhere new.
If we can do this and stay patient to this energy flow as we learn from it, new beginnings can emerge; as well as a clear flow of more and more internal fire. And, we will need this as we proceed through the years ahead.
This energy is lining us up to our Soul energy, what I call our highest vibration. It’s also helping the lower chakras heal and manage all this new energy which is vital for us to embody these vibrational changes.

Practice, practice, practice. It’s easier than you may thing. It just requires you to tune-in and be with what lies within you.

Our modern society often runs counter to our energy and instinctual way of operating. And particularly for those of us in the northern hemisphere, where now the days are short, we have to find the balance between moving within and saving our energy and the draw to be social and busy throughout the holidays.

Your “horizontal” energy and energetic boundaries need to stay clear in times of change.
The truth is, there is no shortage of reasons these days to be slowing down enough to notice what is truly within your awareness and then working with your energy — that energetic and vibrational information that is within and all around you. It does take some multi-tasking as you focus on the energy for your growth across all levels of who you are. There’s change happening at just about every level of our awareness these days.
