Love That Casts a Widening Pool of Light

Today is a big day, no matter how you look at it. We have a new President (yeah) and there’s a feeling of hope amongst change. I watched the inauguration this morning, something I haven’t been compelled to do in many years. It’s a good day…one to remember as we move forward.

Service of course is a big topic these days, as is pledging to support the change we are going through. We see this change as our government changes, our financial world changes and our planet changes. We also can feel change as we move from one energetic stance to another.

I love the poem that Elizabeth Alexander wrote and read today. I know I don’t have this verbatim, but I especially liked the part about creating a love that casts a widening pool of light and walking forward into that light.

Listen to Your Energy…It Knows What You Need

Are you listening to your energy when it says ‘YES” or “NO”? Do you know when it say yes or no?!

Our energy system is an incredible feedback system. Learning to tap into this and read your own energy can be a great source of information for you. And, it’s as easy as asking yes or no. There are tools that you can work with to help you with this as you learn to follow the subtle changes in your energy when you ask questions. The answers that you get can direct you in your healing and clarify questions with amazing simplicity.

The Yes or No Question
Our energy locks in and grows in strength when it says “Yes!”  With a “yes” everything lines up. Energetically speaking, our energy grid is solid; our energy is flowing as it should. Our muscles will even hold strong when tested (more on that to come later). And when your energy says “no”…that can be seen and felt energetically as well.

Consciously Creating 2009—Follow the Cycle of the Seasons

The first time I heard someone say that our natural cycles—how we follow the flow of nature—is off or disjointed from the Gregorian calendar we follow, I wasn’t really clear on just what that meant. But over the years I’ve been getting a much clearer sense of this.

Just recently in a conversation, someone I know said that all the shifts in energy that we are experiencing these days are actually increasing that schism. We’re moving further and further from what our natural cycles need to be, as we time our lives around the calendar we operate from.

What I’ve come to understand over time as I’ve looked at this, is that as the energy coming onto the planet from the stars and beyond is changing vibrationally from what we have experienced in the past (quite dramatically). We need more than ever to be connected to the natural cycles of the Universe to help support us in processing this, Yet, most of us are not connected, despite the fact that our biology is shifting ever so slightly to hold this. Having a way to connect to the flow of energy, and a cyclical way to process the deepening of this understanding, seems vital at this point in time.
